Use:

Massage 1-2 Tsp into wet skin in a circular motion and rinse off. This scrub acts as an exfoliating agent and lotion at the same time. Massage from hand and feet toward your heart. Breathe in the scent of the oils for therapeutic effects.

Shelf life: If no water is introduced to the product, it will last up to 6 months

Depending on the quantity you'll use, it will last for 3-5 showers. Keep in a cool & dry place.
